Who we are

Monke Games is operated by Meteor Arcade. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

You can browse and play everything on this site without giving us anything. If you choose to create an account we store your email address, an optional profile picture, your favourites and your recently played list. If you use the contact form we store your name, email, subject and message so we can reply. We also record anonymous play counts per game, and standard server logs (IP address, browser and page requested) which are kept for a short period for security and abuse prevention.

Why we process it

Account data is processed to provide the account you asked for; contact messages to answer you; play counts and analytics to understand which games are worth keeping; advertising data, where you have consented, to fund the site. We do not sell personal data, and we do not build profiles for anyone other than the advertising purposes described below.

Cookies and advertising

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie choice. With your consent we also use analytics cookies and advertising cookies. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this and other sites.

You can refuse non-essential cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party cookie use at www.aboutads.info. Refusing has no effect on your ability to play any game here.

Third-party games

Games are embedded from third-party providers and run inside an isolated frame. When you play, that provider may set its own cookies and apply its own privacy policy. The embedded game cannot read this site's pages, your account or your other tabs — browsers prevent that.

How long we keep data

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Contact messages are kept for up to two years. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Anonymous play counts are aggregate figures and are kept indefinitely.

Children

Monke Games is a general-audience site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time through our contact page.
